For 30 years the Big Bay Point District Association Inc. has been the voice of taxpayers on municipal issues with the bulk of its 350 family members living close to the Innisfil lake shore area. In August 2003, the membership formally ratified the name change to the Innisfil District Association Inc.and its mandate to become more focused on development issues in Innisfil and Simcoe County.
