NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Take notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Innisfil District Association for Fiscal Year 2022/23 will be held on the 7th day of Oct. 2023 at the ideaLAB/Library (Alcona), 967 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil L9S 1V3 at 10:00 a.m. for the following purposes:
To elect directors for the ensuing year

To elect directors for the ensuing year

To receive the financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2023

To appoint auditors
Every member entitled to vote (one vote per family membership) at a meeting of members may, by means of a Proxy, appoint a person as his/her nominee to attend and act at the meeting in the manner, to the extent and with the power conferred by the proxy.
Attached is a Proxy form that may be used in the event you are unable to attend the meeting. The proxy appoints Lynn Chepurnyj, or in the alternative, Jane Smith, as your nominee. Completed proxies may be mailed to: Innisfil District Association Inc., P.O. Box 7057, Innisfil, ON L9S 1A8, or scanned and emailed to info@innisfilaction.com and must arrive by Oct. 6, 2023 or filed with the Chair of the meeting prior to its commencement. Only those proxies received and recorded before the beginning of the meeting will be valid.
